Repairs in store/in the post to the repairs agent
If you had sent your handset away for repair prior to the 15th September 2014 and have not yet received it back we are endeavouring to return all handsets as quickly as possible.
If a repair is required and your phone is still within the manufacturer warranty period, please contact your manufacturer (please find some useful links below).
If you wish to register a claim for the costs of repair, your claim (to the extent you have one) will rank as an unsecured claim in the Administration – please see below for further details.
